Ekin Sokmen is a clinical psychologist specialised in EMDR, Schema Therapy and Solution-Focused Psychotherapy. She has done volunteer work at EMDR Association (EMDR TIG- Trauma Healing Group), Turkey in Disaster and Humanitarian Relief where she has provided psychological support for the people affected by the earthquake in Türkiye. She has conducted field works as a clinical psychologist in various organizations in Budapest, Hungary. She has been working on the field for at least 5 years and offers sessions for various mental health difficulties including anxiety, depression, PTSD (trauma), migraine, panic attack, fear & phobias, fibromyalgia and many more. She has several skills where she uses throughout her practice including yoga, meditation and art therapy. She uses English and Turkish in her sessions and provides sessions online.
